I haven’t been on my fit tumblr in forever. I have not been eating healthy for months and its time to change that. So, today is day one of going back to clean eating , but this time i’m also going gluten free.
Today’s Planned Meals:
Breakfast: Apple Cider , Gluten Free Bagel w/ cream cheese and lime greek yogurt
Lunch: Greek Salad w/ raw , vegan greek salad dressing , annies gluten free burrito
Snack: pickles and a tangerine
Dinner: grilled chicken, gluten free pasta , with olive oil and garlic
